After more than a decade of building steel frames, Lennard starts building frames out of titanium. He falls in love with the material for its ride quality, its durability, and its resistance to both corrosion and to damage on impact. Eventually, titanium would account for the vast majority of Zinn frame production (and 100% of Clydesdale frame production).
