> Lennard... still riding and crossing the 450,000 mile mark this last year. So sorry to hear about your heart health as I had a similar episode quite a few years back. Fortunately after many months of not riding I got through it and was able to ride better right up until 64 years old. But after that I started falling apart! If I do close to 175-200 a week that's a lot these days. But hey ... we have to be thankful for everything and that we are still able to do the things we love, whatever the frequency or distance. Right?
